Underneath the arches

Sometimes the best way to see a city is to cut through the side streets, not only is the architecture more interesting but you come across little gems like this motorbike garage tucked away in one of the arches under the railway near Deansgate.

It was an Aladdin's cave of vintage bikes in various stages of restoration but the thing that caught my eye was this beautiful machine parked just outside.

Red's always been my favourite colour!
