The other day I came across this recipe for No-churn Raspberry Ripple & White Chocolate Ice Cream.
I altered the recipe slightly, only adding 1 tablespoon of sugar to the raspberries instead of 5 tablespoons as the fruit was already really sweet, and omitted the white chocolate and vanilla essence as I didn't have any.
The result was absolutely delicious and I can see me making it over and over again.
